I'm no expert on copyright
but shouldn't you be able to shout at youtube, as I'm pretty sure your vid would come under fair use?

i dont think we have fair use for parody in the uk yet
i guess youtube have to be a bit trigger-happy about copyright violation as they are technically making money from the ad revenue on the site.
