Changing relocated and exterminated fundamentally changes the meaning and makes it much worse.
Changing Israeli to Indian keeps it meaning almost exactly the same thing, just about an arbitrarily different ethnic group.
Saying Israelis should relocate is exactly as racist as saying Indians should relocate.
