Different offices have different approaches, different managers have different approaches, generally you should be playing it safe and letting people know if there's swearwords. The vid you posted has "fucking" several times at the start, (which your disclaimer didn't mention at all, only the dicksucking bit) so it really should have had a NSFW tag.
