He seems to have developed a vendetta against any institution he has had to face.

I have had a think about what might motivate you to fuck up the NHS, and that is pretty easy. I can just imagine someone paying for a meeting you, then they show you some Panamanian legal firm letter-headed document with some obscene amount of money written on it, and unnamed drug or insurance companies underwriting it.
But what I can't understand is WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO FUCK UP EDUCATION? Same scenario but underwritten by Wikipedia? I have no idea.
