I mean in some cases that might be all they know about him but they will all know at least that
Merkel Obama etc will know significantly more. Probably stuff that we don't know like all his sexual partners going back years

Let me clarify.
Of course they will know the facts of him being mayor of london and was forefront in the leave eu campaign.
However I also suspect that they wont see through his "buffoon act" and will underestimate him in negotiations thinking he's just a simpleton.
"Without realising he talked London into making him mayor and the UK into leaving the EU." and you don't get to do that by just being an buffoon.
