The only way to handle him
is to believe that he is doing a brilliantly elaborate spoof of the most irritatingly stupid left-wing person you know - the one who just believes all tories are evil toffs who want to trample the faces of the poor into the dirt.
Of course, the audience know he went to public school before dropping out of bristol university and was a tory council candidate in Cirencester.
