Reminds me of the Lenny Henry "Cones go home" story.
The paper can hardly complain about grammar - the linked article contains the sentence "My biggest bugbear is when the owner lets their dog off the lead and don't what they're dog is doing" - call me picky but the article claimed to be about ridiculous excuses used by dog owners, and the only one they quote isn't even ridiculous. Crap, maybe, but not ridiculous.
Bah.
