This is a normal post I was hoping someone would bite, and have given this some thought.
I'm going with Western Europe (the geographical land mass, not the evil political entity that is the EU) most of Eastern Europe that borders Western Europe, definitely not Turkey though, with their porous border with Syria. North America, but not Mexico obviously because the narcos are loco. Australia, even though they're gobby, New Zealand and Japan. Yeah, I think that's it. Iceland counts as Western Europe.

because some BBC World Service moron thought it would be a good idea to give her a regular slot as an advocate for women's education and failed to take into account her safety in a region where some people are more than a little opposed to this terrible liberal Western idea. Still she's left that uncivilised shithole and brought her religion of peace with her and is now greatly contributing to the vibrancy and diversity of this country.
