This is a normal post I thought it was that the law could be interpreted several ways and he objected to be classes a criminal?

This is a normal post it's basically a parking ticket
I feel annoyed when I get one, but I won't be going to the supreme court to battle it out with the council.

I bet he's one of those nightmare dads furiously circling some seaside town on holiday looking for a place to park because he's too tight to use the pay and display.

This is a normal post Well he took it to the local court who found in his favour.
This is because the council took it further.
Now it goes back to local court who can find him £2500 and give him a criminal record.
