liked the first yyy album but they got dreadfully boring after that. got away with it because NME had tongues planted up their (and the strokes) behinds. it was a plastic 'scene' - contrived blend of fashion and music nostalgia.

Not sure what infra dig means but like what you like to listen to I say.
For instance I like Christine and the Queens which is not very rock and or roll but I like it

It's their first album in a mix of French and English.
I suspect the English second album had marketing polishing it.
Ignore that, just listened to both again and it's just the track listings slightly different. Still like it though.
