I have a theory that technology is making crime fighters/security forces less effective at their jobs. There is that bit in the new Robocop where he pulls out a suspect from a crowd...if you're a regular doughnut eater whats the point after seeing that. It's all fine until the technology goes bonkers, gets hacked, gets abused and then you're stuck with 4 Lions like idiocy.
