I mean it's total partisan bollocks but it is the information that was given to the public before the vote.
How can you forecast when you don't know the terms on how you're going to leave?
The only thing you could forecast on is the only situation where you have enough information on what will happen. That is a hard brexit, walking away and using WTO rules.
And if that's not been done it bloody well should have because it's looking more and more likely.
