Completely agree..
..the simpsons has gone flat over the last 6-7 years, the new animation, changes in everyone's voices as well as a few other things have brought it down a few pegs since some of the earlier episodes.
Homer getting his head stuck in the closing bridge has to be one of my favourite old-skool Simpsons moments of all time.
