This is a normal post I think they tried to pull a Litvinenko
As in pull off a hit that's so outrageous it not only disposed of the target, but also sends a message to anyone else thinking of doing something similar. See also the poison umbrella. Except in this case it seems they didn't finish the job.

It is just TOO obvious. A drive by shooting by a local gang with mistaken identity would suffice with the right amount of winks and sarcasm.I'm probably wrong, usually am.
