Leva's polka, and it's ace, despite being in (i think) Finnish and thus complete gibberish to me.
There's a video somewhere on the net of them on some tv show, I think I ripped the mp3 from there.

Actually it's called
"Ieva's Polka" (Ieva being a Finnish variation of "Eva"), and lots of folk mistake the I for an L.
