I don't know who he is, but seems articulate enough, so my guess is this is a calculated provocation to get him as much attention as he can
perhaps he wasn't happy with falling views. Maybe he wants to win a fanbase with the extreme homophobic demographic (There seems to be plenty in Russia). Or maybe he just wants fame even it's from notoriety. But the cunt knows what he's doing.
