Thoughts?
I have some friends, genuinely great people, who I consider as mad as a box of frogs. Fairies, lizard people in power and the like.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Not hearsay or anecdotal. Not connecting the dots "2 + 2 = 5". Not bending the laws of the physics to accommodate. If it's real, it should be evident in the real world. There seems to be little such evidence.
But then again, that doesn't stop me enjoying the company of my mates. We just don't agree on these topics. I suspect that it's probably the same with David Icke, and the people who know him. Some will be vociferous followers hanging on his every word, others will be mates down the pub saying "FFS David, you're a nutjob".

Come to think of it, most the women I've known over the years have had some pretty screwed up views of the world.
Hasn't stopped me liking them any less mind..
