This is a normal post It's based on the address that Netflix sees
So if you establish a VPN in another geofenced zone, you will get all the content from that location. Netflix have been forced by content providers to try and prevent that from happening, but they don't try too hard. The Dutch one has a lot of good English content not available anywhere else. Same with the US.

This is a normal post I use NordVPN for exactly this purpose
Good find! Having said that, just adding UK and US covers the vast majority of Netflix content
