Lovely little church. Nice walks by the river but the pubs are shit.

This is a normal post it's just across the river best named village in England, Lullington
I drove through both once on particularly busy summer weekend about 15 years ago, but didn't stop to sample the pubs

There's a splendid micro-church which could be an entrant to shed of the year up a track on the downs. I think the Wheatsheaf is the bozer there. But generally more visited for its famous tea gardens.

This is a normal post I seem to recall having a decent sausage baguette and a Harvey’s
in a nice pub garden overlooking the green. This was back when the other half was quite heavily pregnant and I was making use of her sobriety and inability to walk great distances.

This is a normal post The Cricketers is a great country boozer
Full of red-faced pissed Sussex yeomen, and a properly grumpy landlord serving Harvey's straight from the barrels in the pantry.
