When I was about 13 I got properly into Cream from the best of album my dad had picked up on CD.
Loved it, read up on them in Mojo at the newsstand whilst my mum nipped around William Low. I just assumed from what I had gleaned that he had overdosed decades back.
Wikipedia ruins kid's imaginations.
