did a video for a brickworks. They had a Hoffmann continuous kiln, which is 12 chambers for firing bricks which burns constantly over a 12 day cycle.
It burned for around 70 years with no breaks. The men had to load 25,000 brick into a chamber in a single day then seal it up and then coal was added through holes in the top and over 8 days it would heat, burn, then cool.
They dried out the bricks for 2 weeks first. I hope he did that or they might explode.
