This is a normal post No, not just boiling.
These things run on superheated steam. That stuff won't burn your delicate flesh; it'll flay it right off your bones.

It's not a huge boiler though, and the guy seems smart enough to include a relief valve, so I'd be more worried about the improvised petrol tank right next to my bits.

but if you'd got knocked over by a car and that boiler somehow got pierced, you can say goodbye to the occupants of the joy departement.

This is a normal post Perhaps some sort of protective codpiece is in order.
I'm sure the steampunkers would like that.

But seriously, I wouldn't worry too much about it getting pierced; there isn't actually very much steam (or water) in there.
