I can't imagine how anybody else would be able to navigate the labyrinth of bureaucracy I had to. I'm sick, asthmatic and emotionally drained. Nobody knows what they're doing

Diverted from pillar to post by NHS 111. Seems to concur with my experiences of the service. Their performance targets aren’t on medical outcomes, but like all call centres, on tickets closed.
Tl;dr: NHS 111 is crap.
