Still adding milk a bit at a time?
Cold milk, straight from the fridge, all in at once - never had it go lumpy in a plain white sauce.
I suppose the additional heat from the onions might cause problems - I'll have to try it.
Also, I'd like to see a collaboration with Kay's Cooking.
