I don't like this guy, and his apparently blasé attitude: whatever the legality of the situation is, there's a man dead without a trial
- but the woman videoing him isn't helping.
There's a line in The Abyss I always think of in these situations: "Do me a favour, and stay off my side."

Why shouldn't he have a blasé attitude?
If you're on bail awaiting trial, are you supposed to become obsequious to random members of the public while shopping?
