The picture is quite damning but you admit it's not a screenshot from dogbomb's video, so it's already out of context in one way, who's to say you arn't presenting other things out of context too?
I'm open to the idea that the game is not actually about raping children but includes themes of sexual violence - in the same way that GTA5 is not a sexual assault simulator but involves a character who is a violent sex offender.
I ran a search for reviews of the game and only found a page of various sites and videos with the same promotional spiel, the YBN video, and b3ta arguments. I can't easily tell if it is what you say it is, and I don't really want to watch a video review if what you say is true.
You can't both be right and dogbomb seems to have responded to my questions reasonably, so from my perspective the onus is on you to prove that dogbomb, youtube and Steam are all wrong.
