Find some peripheral metric that the US is not the worst at, then ignore all else.

This is a normal post Or outright lies.
A Republican friend of my mum sent her a WHO report showing the US had the best health service in the world. My mum, an NHS medic all her career, thought something was off about the report, so she went looking for the original source. The division of the WHO that supposedly produced the report didn’t exist.

And this was before Trump.

Rabid delusion doesn't quite cover it, I actually feel myself getting more depressed as I browse.
Their support seems almost beyond tribal and into religious.
