Surely the only bigotry here
…is the internalised misogyny of being a woman who declares herself not to be a woman on the basis of
* clearly believing that “woman” refers to a set of acceptable traits for female people to possess
*believing that as she doesn’t adhere to those traits or expectations, she isn’t actually a woman
Which then has the effect of logically implying that those woman who *dont* declare themselves not to be women must therefore be to some degree accepting that the traits considered appropriate for woman are valid as criteria for the category.
It’s bizarre to me how many ostensible progressives haven’t ever thought through the sexism inherent to the idea that “man” and “women” describe clusters of personality traits and aesthetic presentation, rather than being neutral facts
