In Spain
when we would go out to have a quiet bite to eat, there was this woman who would sometimes come round and put down a bit of plywood, stamp on it annoyingly for 5 minutes, then expect people to give her money because she had done that.
I would have given her money for her to not do that, but that didn't seem to be an option. She was as happy as this guy too.
