I also used to think that Joe Lycett was funny, but that's when I was confusing him with his less-smug doppelganger, Joe Cornish.

His French and other foreign languages stuff really irked me, because, at least when he started doing it, his French was fucking shit. Maybe I should check out your suggestion, but if he speaks French in it, I’m not going to like it.
