the police are there to enforce the law and protect the innocent. They are not for dishing out summary justice. The police -should- be above reacting violently in this manner. This officer is a human and clearly let his emotions rule his actions, it's understandable but it goes beyond his role and should not have happened

I questioned its timing. No police should be using force when it is not required any more.
