He's not a bit forrest gump it's he? Perhaps actually it's been a kindness employing him and he REALLY loves sausage rolls and will appreciate that recognition and picture far more than a bonus etc like others might?
I mean i love getting outraged with the best of them but am trying my best to find this a feel good story.
