This is a normal post The 8-bit Home Computer game adaptation at the time
Was just a crude implementation of Ninestein's game; nothing to do with the actual action of the series.

I feel that because the game can be implemented like the, appropriately named, 'Tiger' handheld games of the time, there's little excuse for making an 8-bit version that's so horrible.
I guess showing off the fancy 3D wireframe graphics was more the point.

This is a normal post They're not even really 3D.
The angle of the view of the buildings is all the same and never changes. A bit silly even that they draw the vertical line at the back that should be hidden on the block object. They do scale up, but they're just flat 2D line patterns. Another game called 'Sky Ranger' managed to do city blocks in full go-anywhere 3D with everything properly clipped so you couldn't see through the buildings.

Just watched a bit of 'Sky Ranger' gameplay on the ZX Spectrum and that's some impressive 3D with a decent framerate for the system. Gameplay might have been a bit of an issue though.
