It might have been glamourous in the late 80s, now it has the looks of a place whose best days are behind it. It's basically the closest shopping mall for latin americans to get cheap flatscreens from bestbuy, hasn't been hip in a while. Even the gays are avoiding it, going up to fort lauderdale. Odd choice to revisit and push the miami vice angle, but I guess there's still plenty of crime there

I think I played it before visiting the first time, which gave me a vague deja vu about the layout. Would have been nice for them to pick a new place, but I guess GTA Cleveland wouldn't sell as many units
