I think it's meant to be extremely silly, not actual fighting.
I am suspicious, but haven't read anything specific. Might look further into it.
I'd be annoyed if anything came out, maybe he's just found a form of schtick that works with that culture and it startling/funny in many others.

Joey Ryan had a porn star gimmick and he used to 'suplex' people using his penis. He also did the 'boobplex' in intergender matches. His career came to a sudden end with #metoo, multiple allegations of all kinds of gross shit with fans and coworkers.
One match with the guy is one thing, but to have it in DDT, at Peter Pan, and your band's name is Lolita... Yeah, no.
