The game is
Three cushion billiards. After strinkign the cue ball into one object ball, the cue ball must hit a minimum of three different cushions on the table before hitting the other onbject ball.
If you think that sounds hard, try playing it! It's feckin impossible.

Its actually Carom billiards
Ordinary billiards is played on a snooker table, with pockets.

Looks very much like
three cushion billiards to me. When they do the overhead shot marked out with the lines, the first 3 bounces are even marked.
