It'd be cool to put both 'jets' facing the same way
maybe a little rudder, then make a whole fleet and send them out across a pond... you could decorate them an everything!

The same way the water gets in to the one in the original vid.
Pipe heats up, air in pipe gets hot, bubbles out a little, water gets in cools pipe, air cool and contracts sucking in more water. Water hits v hot section of pipe and boils, Steam, Woosh! Zoom!
Steam hits cold water, contract, sucks water into pipe. Repeat.
