Not surprising
Those seating plans are known days, if not weeks or even months, in advance.
Even if it was cleared with Eminem it still makes the paid laid down below about homophobia in rap, etc.

But even when Bruno was decending, Eminem didn't put his arms up to stop him or move or anything.
He just opened his arms up to allow Bruno to fall into position.
Completely planned, but still funny.
