it's a different video upload
so it's difficult to detect it, best thing to do is to flick through youtube for the most viewed one then try and post it

Calling GC is silly, anyway
because IT CHANGES NOTHING.
If they've reposted a video, then they have.
If they haven't posted the video, but they see people screaming GEEE CEEE, then, well, they'll see the video as well, and so maybe not repost that anyway.
I think GC should be reserved for board chitchat in reference to things that are truly GC like, well, the GC itself. A video that's been posted once before is not GC, Mr. Stabby is GC.
