If so, the choice becomes either kicking him onto the street, throwing away a million or so dollars of investment in training or letting him wear glasses in the cockpit. He never wears them on the ground and takes them straight off again after landing.
Me? I'm colourblind. The CAA won't let me fly at night because I can't tell what colour the lights are.
