Thinking about it, you'll likely attract people from all over GB, so one northbound bus wouldn't cut it. Logistics would depends on your choice of location. SYHA's buildings range from cottages to large, opulent houses, and a Castle.

I can go read up on this to be sure - my understanding is - if driving a minibus for no reward, a special licence is not required, just a car licence, appropriate insurance, and a sense of responsibility.
Btw, I like your fisheye photo at the BM. Last time I was there, there were cleaners standing on top of that glass roof.
