What a bastard. I'm sure the power of the internets can help. Might be an idea to put this out there as much as possible, reddit, digg etc and hope internet justice takes it course. Unless there's some kind of legal stuff you can try.

Twitter blocked so I can;t see Nokia's response. Just point out the Digital Copywrite act and how you will report them and possibly try to get compensation fvrom them over it might help.
Also try an EECB (Executive Email Carpet Bomb) consumerist.com/2007/05/how-to-launch-an-executive-email-carpet-bomb.html for a higher chance of getting a decent response from them.
