This guy was on Something Awful's 'Awfulvision' a few months ago.
He has a video where he uses gone-off cream to represent AIDS and a tea strainer to represent a condom in order to prove that condoms don't stop AIDS. It ends with the iconic phrase "there is AIDS in the vagina."
