Interesting that they don't mention
that mixed-race relationships are increasingly common, and so kids born within them are going to increase the amount of "ethnic minorities" considerably, which would presumably have been included in that study.
Of course, the only way they could say that was a bad thing was through being openly racist.

we're all mongrels
It is part of the greatness of our country that we such a diversity of people and cultures - some were invited here, others came by force, but all together we are one nation. Some of my only friends are "forrins".
