I've never liked Ian Collins, because he always comes across as a 'PC brigrade-hating' Littlejohn type... but he handles this quite well.
The woman reminds me of those who say "That Cheryl Cole seems really nice. Yeah, she beat up a black toilet cleaner and called her a jigaboo, but apart from that she's really nice."
