I think what she's saying, is that...
...the hip-hop dancing that happened after the hip-hop dancing that happened in the past, in the future, will never be the same as the hip-hop dancing that happened after the hip-hop dancing that happened before... AND, in fact, if the hip-hop dancing that happened in the past were to happen again in the future - the hip-hop dancing that would happen after the hip-hop dancing that happened in the past in the future would be totally different to any hip-hop dancing that may have happened or would have happened after the hip-hop dancing that had happened previously, before the previous hip-hop dancing that happened after the hip-hop dancing that happened before.
