*edit* statutory rape means there's a story they had a relationship, as she is underage that is technically rape in the eyes of the law, no actual rape has occurred.

He might be awful, but that doesn't make 4chan any better.
Making false allegations about someone is going to make it far more hard to prove any potential real claims.
Equally, the details of the previous charge (was he even found guilty?) are never stated or indeed linked to from any reputable news source, hence 4chan have just blurred any truth. A stupid thing to do with serious allegations.
