This is a normal post WOW...
I climbed a (pretty tall) tower crane without ropes etc. once... It had a horrible straight ladder climb for the last bit. It was horrible, the next day I was aching all over because I'd been clinging on so tight,,, Some pics here bit.ly/lGmMq
