I saw a few fliers around, especially in the butchers, which would often have "If you apply and get on, say you're a regular here and we'll give you all the meat you need for it for free"
So you have to wait 'till they're filming in your town, but I'm sure a quick email to the production company would be your quickest and most sure-fire way to sort that out.
