The whole big society policy is that most things will be handed to the people to run, as he was saying, that state stops providing any input into local autorities and such. Saying tha they should be run by the people.
Its packaged as a good idea but in my opinion its a complete joke and would do nothing more than damage the organisations its pruports to improve for many reasons taht are far too long to go into in one post!
One thing that is good about the coming year though is I'm a photographer in london, stuff on fire looks great in pictures*....................
